We've really enjoyed using Airbnb as you well know by now and this time around we came across a listing that was a little out of the norm and sounded like fun. Not a room or a house or an apartment....a luxury RV!
Getting caught up a bit on my posts from our Florida trip! We were very happy to find this little cute little Airbnb in North Miami. The Art Room was just a short drive from Miami Beach which is where we were hoping to explore before we headed down to the Keys.
It is very easy to get caught up in all the tourist areas and expensive activities that Key West has to offer. I know we sure did the first time we visited here a few years ago. I mean, who doesn't want to escape winter and go snorkeling, diving, jet-skiing, kayaking or one of many other warm-water based excursions? All things that help you to unwind and forget about the bitter cold climate you are likely escaping.
But before you start booking your activities for your visit to Key West, here are our travel tips and destination recommendations that can save you some money and help you explore the best of Key West:

After visiting three of the most popular beaches in Key West, Florida, we easily concluded which one was our favorite and a must-visit for all beach-goers.
The start of our 10 day Florida trip was two nights and one full day in Miami. In order to save a little money, we stayed at an Airbnb in northern Miami and, if you discount our "foodie" dinner at Siena Tavern, spent the day exploring for under $50. Here's how we spent our day and what I would highly recommend doing if you are ever in the southern Miami/South Beach area.
